St Patrick's Day Festivals Travel Tours Offer Excitement And Fun

St Patrick's Day Deals
By FOMO Girl
Dublin, Ireland is most certainly the best place to enjoy the merriment of St. Patrick's Day, as the whole city comes to life with green, music, fireworks, parades, and of course lots of drinking. There are some exciting festivals travel tour operators that offer holidaymakers a memorable trip of several fun-filled days to Dublin for this lively event. These companies know the best places to visit and will make certain that their guests get to go there.

St.Patrick's Day is held in honor of St. Patrick, who originally hailed from Rome, but lived in Ireland and is accredited with spreading Christianity throughout the country. The shamrock is believed to have been used by him as a symbol of the Holy Trinity when explaining the essence of the Christian faith. March 17th, the one day of the year that St Patrick’s Day is celebrated, commemorates the date of his death.

Besides having the opportunity to be a part of all the St. Paddy's Day festivities, visitors will also get to partake in events organized by the tour companies that will further add to the jolly atmosphere and enhance their overall experience. The city's awesome nightlife naturally plays a big part in this action, and some groups even hold a Guinness party for their guests while enroute to Dublin on the tour coach.

Most tours will include a trip to the Guinness Storehouse Brewery, so guests can see how this celebrated drink is made, and also get to sample it at the in-house "Gravity Bar". Visitors are also given some free time to independently embark on a walking tour of Dublin or check out the shops on Grafton Street, and in the evening the group will usually gather at the legendary Temple Bar area, an entire area named after one of the city's most popular pubs in that region.

The big day itself, St.Patrick's Day, features a huge parade procession. Those involved in the parade are normally by no means the only ones dressed for the occasion, as bystanders also tend to get in on the action, with green hats, face paint, and shamrocks adorning them in numerous ways. The parade is a colorful and joyful mix of floats, marching bands, huge inflatable puppets and more that cascade along a two-mile stretch.

After the parade has concluded, the party is far from over. Local bands take to outdoor stages or anywhere else they can perform and people start to dance. Just about anywhere people look they will see musicians putting on impromptu shows as anyone in the mood joins in the fun and link arms and begin to break into a jolly form of dancing.

Besides the Temple Bar, Dublin also has many other notable pubs worth visiting, such as the Palace Bar, Gogarty's Pub, and the Porterhouse, which is known for its outstanding collection of microbrews. The convivial atmosphere of a typical Irish pub is one like no other and something one simply must experience when visiting Ireland. From the great beer to the lively, traditional folk music and friendly, welcoming environment, any guest will soon feel quite at home and in good spirits.

Several reputable companies offer awesome festivals travel tours to Dublin for St.Patrick's Day. Typically guests will stay for three or four days, and their tour will include accommodations, coach transportation, and plenty of fun events organized by the tour operators. One of the best and most renowned are the Irish specialists, Shamrocker Adventures, who offer general trips all over Ireland, and have been in the business of offering guests a wonderful experience for several years now.

The Festival and Events Travel specialists, FOMO Travel, has some great St Patrick's Day Information, including all the tour operators available to take you to this must-do event.

Busabout Are Youth Travel Tour Operators That Offer Freedom And Flexibility

Busabout Special Offers
By FOMO Girl
Busabout are youth travel tour operators, which offer "freestyle" travel adventures through Europe to a predominately younger customer base, with the majority of their passengers in the 18-35 year old range. Established in 1998, this company's main goal is to provide a convenient mode of transportation throughout the most exciting cities in Europe, with the traveler ultimately being free to choose how long he or she stays in each location and what to see when there.

The Busabout Hop-On Hop-Off system does not offer a guided tour to specific attractions, but rather provides a bus service that runs from May to October, every other day. Travelers can simply book their travel days on which they wish to use the bus service one day ahead and need only board in one location and get off at the next preferred stop on their chosen itinerary and only visit those places that interest them. A guide is available on each bus trip to answer any questions travelers may have.

Each "Loop" offered by Busabout includes a specific set of stops, namely the main cities in most European countries popular with tourists such as France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, and Spain. Trips are grouped into North, South, and West Loops that can be taken singularly or in combination with each other. It's also possible to embark upon some of Busabout's other special adventure tours from these cities.

Travelers must stay at each compulsory destination for a minimum of one night before they continue on their journey and two nights or more at each optional stop. They give customers the freedom to stay any odd number of nights at required stops and any even number of nights at those that are optional. If someone decides to stay on longer in a particular city, they can do so and just re-schedule his or her seat on the bus.

Vacationers have the liberty to stay wherever they wish. Many travelers choose to stay in various hostels, some of which are recommended by Busabout and even offer pick-up or drop-off service at them. These accommodations can be booked through the company's website and are all of a certain standard, clean, comfortable, and convenient.

At the start of a customer’s journey, Busabout gives every traveler a helpful travel guide with a comprehensive list of interesting places to see, things to do, and great places to eat in each destination city. These may include cultural or historical points of interest, walking tours, rafting, nightclubs, and much more. The on-board guides can also tell people more about these places and activities and make reservations for those who are interested.

Busabout has expanded its service in recent years to include more traditional tours, which they call Busabout Adventures and Busabout Eastern Europe Treks.  Busabout Adventures trips include activities like Sailing in Croatia and island hopping around the Greek Islands.  Busabout Eastern Europe Treks include iconic cities, stunning scenery and vibrant cultures throughout countries like Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria and Turkey.

Busabout is also one of the big European Festivals Tour Operators and they have some great trips for all the major festivals like the Munich Oktoberfest and the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, as well as some lesser known festivals like Las Fallas in Valencia.

Most people who travel with Busabout are younger friends, singles, and couples who enjoy the opportunity to meet new people who share a common purpose of wanting to explore another part of the world and with whom they can possibly make plans with while there. There are usually many Australians traveling on this network since they are more familiar with what this company is all about, but travelers of any nationality and age are certainly welcome.

People who have traveled with Busabout youth travel tour operators have plenty of positive things to say about their experience with them. They appreciate not only the freedom of choice this form of transport offers but also the friendly and helpful guides, useful printed information which provides lots of good ideas of the best things to see and do, frequent food and washroom stops, and even appropriate movie selections which are played while enroute to the destination cities.

FOMO Travel has heaps of advice on Busabout on their website.  They also have plenty of information on Busabout deals and special offers.

Top Destinations and Tour Companies For Party Tours

Patry Travel Destinations
By FOMO GIrl
Party tours are the new "in" thing among teens in Europe. It's like a rite of passage every teenager goes through before moving on to the "20s" and life as an adult. London, Berlin and Paris are now old-hat for youngsters looking for a summer holiday destination with a sizzling night-life and clubs where the party never stops. The new holiday capitals of Europe are islands with brilliant weather and warm waters.

The beautiful beaches and endless rows of night clubs and bars on these islands are filled with a crush of bodies from all over the continent and beyond. Think about Spanish hotspots like San Antonio on the Island of Ibiza, or Magaluf on Mallorca. Playa de las Americas on Tenerife is another of Spain's sparkling gems that attracts hordes looking for a good time.

It's no surprise that Greece has a few sizzlers like Malia on Crete, Kavos on Corfu, and Laganas on Zante.

Other great spots with a happening nightlife in Greece include Faliraki on Rhodes, and Kardamena on Kos. Sunny Beach in Bulgaria is quickly turning into a clubbing paradise, and so is Ayia Napa in Cyprus.

It's hard to say what makes a handful of islands and cities so special that they attract hundreds of thousands of teens and twentys during the summer like migrating birds. It's not just the geography or climate, because virtually identical places nearby are ignored by this new migratory species of party animals. It's like a giant meetup that everyone has been invited to for the summer, and that's where all the action is going to be.

As a matter of fact, it's such a big deal now that travel and tourism companies now offer specially designed group tours. For example, Thomson Holidays has a program called 2wentys holidays. It combines great group deals with the hottest summer destinations for teens who are intent on partying non-stop for at least a week.

Club 18-30 is a similar offering from Thomas Cook. This division alone sends more than 100,000 young men and women to the aforementioned top party hotspots in Europe. The stunning thing is that the average age of these Club 18-30 travelers is 19, which says a lot about what these tours offer.

Another smaller operation is run by a UK based company called Mainstage Travel, who run Takeover Holidays.  They run operations in Magaluf, Zante, Ayia Napa and Malia where they pretty much do a "takeover" of the place!

Sun, sand and sea are necessary ingredients. But it's the irresistible appeal of unlimited booze and no-limits fun with complete strangers that makes tour programs like 2wentys and Club 18-30 such a big deal. The simple fact is that teenagers and young twentys want a holiday where they can cut loose, and there's no better place for it than a foreign island where there are no rules, parents or teachers.

The travel representatives on these party tours are seasoned pros who know exactly where to go and how to get all-night parties started. Everyone's a teenager and there's no one around to tell them what to do (or not). That's what these tour companies do - they bring all the bodies together in the right place where there's plenty of booze and clubs. Somebody kicks it off, and then the fun never stops.

The teen and early twentys are easily the biggest sufferers of travel FOMO on the planet. FOMO Travel has a dedicated section of its website to Party Tours.  There you will find heaps of cool information on some of the great party tour operators across the globe.

Young Club Crowd Takes Party Tours

Party Tours
By FOMO Girl
Travel for the young adult includes clubs and bars at night and sand and sun during the day. Party Travel companies offer party tours that cater to this energetic crowd. It is swim all day and dance all night. Then lay on the beach till time to hit the club circuit again.

One popular location is Ayia Napa, Cyprus where the night life is pumping. Bars and night clubs here provide an atmosphere of excitement and fun. The eighteen to thirty crowd lives it up every night in the center of town.

One party tour operator, aptly named Club 18-30, arranges these highly-energetic trips for fun and frolic with young party goers. These are not aimed at those who want to visit museums. They cater to the fun seeker who wants to party hard and dance in the trendy atmosphere of the top bars and clubs.

Each club may feature a different type of music, live entertainment and a chance to meet other partiers. These travelers know exactly what they want to do. They do not want to waste one evening sitting around. They want to live the high life and can afford to indulge.

Another travel company who operate fun getaways for the young adult is 2wentys Holidays. They rent units in such luxurious locations as Gumbet in Turkey, Kavos in Corfu and Laganas in Zante. Laganas gathers everyone together to spend a day in speedboats. Swim in the beautiful waters and rush back to the unit to prepare for a night of partying.

Drinks flow freely as these beautiful people dance the night away. They may talk about the fun-filled evening as they gather around the pool in the morning. Then it is a day of sun and swimming that ends in time to dress for the evening again.

In Kavos, Corfu, the partying does not wait for the sun to set. The Atlantis Beach Club starts the activities by sending a DJ down to the beach. Girls wear their best bikinis to dance at the best beach jam ever.

In Malia, Crete, there is never a shortage of rum and romance. Guys and girls meet on the dance floor, show off all their latest dance moves and end the night walking on the beach under the moonlight. Live and love in this frenetic atmosphere!

The tours in Europe are repeated in places like San Antonio, Texas. Clubs are open till dawn. Friends can gather in a local restaurant for some food to refuel before finally falling into bed in a wonderful, air conditioned unit.

Plan with a representative from Party Tours for a trip through the night life in Vegas. Sparkle under the lights on the dance floor with other beautiful people. The eighteen to thirty something crowd will want to return to enjoy the excitement and fun in Vegas or one of the many upbeat places in Europe where these trips take the "in-crowd".  What a place for party tours! Las Vegas, the Sin City where nobody sleeps, throws a great party. Tours go from club to club without participants waiting in line to get in. VIPs travel in a smoking hot party bus with drinks on board. Rock on all night long!

FOMO Travel is developing an awesome section of its website dedicated to Party Tours and all the great Party Travel Tour Operators across the planet.  This section has got plenty of information already to get that travel FOMO going and you thinking about booking your next party trip!

Students Are Making International Destinations A Popular Choice For Youth Travel Tours

Youth Travel Trips
By FOMO Girl
Young people taking trips with youth travel tour operators are making international destinations a popular choice. Backpackers and others, who plan their own vacations and trek around Europe alone, will miss out on the many advantages of using a professional tour company.

There are increasing numbers of current college students or ones that just graduated signing up for these types of tours. They appreciate having professional guides escorting them on their trips. It is not uncommon for guides to be in the same age group as the travelers.

The price for a trip will vary, depending on destinations, length of stays, and inclusions. A top US operator, Contiki, has in excess of 60 European trips to offer. Duration and prices can range from several days in London for $225 to almost $4500 for a 48 day ultimate European vacation. The cost of lodging, meals, and transportation for all excursions are typically included in their price. Oftentimes the price for admission into area attractions is also covered.

For the student travelers who exist on a very small budget, less costly lodging can be arranged at the most affordable hotels and camping grounds in the area. People with more expensive tastes can choose higher priced tours with more luxurious places to stay.

Student and Youth Travel are tour operators who state the most visited location in 2013 was Italy. Travelers can learn about Italian customs and their way of life. Ride the gondolas through the canals in Venice and experience some of the most important places in the history of art. Italy is also home of the Colosseum and the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa.

The second most popular destination for youth tours last year was Spain. Its cities offer both modern and historical attractions. The architecture and history of the Roman Aqueduct at Segovia is a definite must see for most everyone. The magnificent culture of Spain is evident in the Plaza de Oriente.

Great Britain has such a variety of things to do and places to see. A trip like this is educational and exciting for the youthful tourist. Among the most popular attractions are Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and the London Bridge.  A great Scotland local tour company is HAGGiS Adventures.

France, Austria, and Germany are three charming and scenic countries where student travelers gather. The fantastic construction of the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and the Arc de Triomphe make France a favorite vacation spot. There are also many wonderful castles to explore.

Located in the middle of Europe is the Czech Republic. It has many unique and several unusual museums to offer its visitors. The Museum of Torture, the Marionette Museum, and the Wax Museum are three places most people will find very interesting.

Although China is not typically considered a destination for student or youth tours, it is still one of the most popular. Reading about the Great Wall, Tiananmen Square, and the Forbidden City in their schoolbooks cannot compare to seeing these historical sites in person.

Youth travel tours allows young people to experience and learn about other cultures. On these trips they will be able to meet and develop new friendships. This is an opportunity to make memories that last a lifetime.

18-35 Travel now has a brand new section dedicated to Youth Travel.  You should start there for some great information.
